We strive to make our policies accommodating and in step with modern return practices. At the same time, we’re a small, self-funded startup — which means we can’t always offer the same level of flexibility and perks as Amazon or big-box stores. We deeply appreciate your understanding and support as we grow, and we’ll always do our best to make the process as flexible and easy as possible.

🌀 Our 30-Day Promise
We offer a 30-day return window if you change your mind. If you’ve received your product but decide it’s not for you, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Your first experience matters. That’s why your very first purchase comes with a simple, stress-free guarantee — even if it’s been opened.
If you’re not feeling the benefits, just send us a note. One product from your first order is always eligible for a free refund, no return required.
If you purchased multiple products — whether that’s a bundle, different SKUs, or multiples of the same item — the first product is covered under this guarantee. Any additional unopened products can still be returned under our standard return policy.

First order = 3-pack of Sleep gummies: 1 jar covered under the guarantee; 2 unopened jars can be returned for a refund.

First order = 1 Sleep + 1 Relax + 1 Joy: 1 product of your choice (e.g., Sleep) covered under the guarantee; the other 2 unopened jars can be returned for a refund.
We want you to find what truly works for your system, while keeping the process simple and fair.
How to Start a Return
To begin, email us at returns@rivewellness.com with your order number.

If we made a mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item): We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label so you can send the product back.

If you change your mind: You’re welcome to return your unopened product. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you’re a first-time customer: You won’t need to return the product. Please feel free to gift it, recycle the packaging, or dispose of it responsibly — and we’ll issue your refund.
Please ship approved returns back within 14 days of receiving instructions. Once we receive your return, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days, and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your original payment method.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund and send you an email confirmation. Refunds apply to the product cost only; original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at returns@rivewellness.com.
🔁 Exchanges
We aren’t able to offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, simply return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is accepted.
🚫 A Few Things We Can’t Refund
We’re unable to accept returns on:

Subscription orders (after they’ve been processed — you can always cancel future orders in your account)
