For years, I measured my worth through performance—chasing achievement, approval, and the next thing on the list. From the outside, I looked accomplished. On the inside, I felt disconnected.

No matter how much I achieved, I couldn't escape the anxiety, overthinking, insecurity within.

Everything shifted in 2024, when I discovered Tracy Litt and the School of Becoming. Through her methodology, I learned how to surrender control, regulate my nervous system, and rewire the subconscious patterns that had kept me stuck.

Now, as a certified Mind Magician, Neuro-Identity Evolution™ Coach, and Mastery Coach, my mission is to help others remember their power—and live from presence, not performance.
